As a local New York City teen, I am committed to making a difference within my community. New York City is facing a crisis of homelessness, as the number of people without a permanent home is at its highest levels since the Great Depression, and we are looking to make a difference. For each mask purchased on our site, one surgical mask will be donated to The Bowery Mission, to protect a New Yorker experiencing homelessness.

 

Since the 1870s, The Bowery Mission has served people experiencing homelessness, hunger, and poverty – some of the most vulnerable groups during the COVID-19 pandemic. To donate or learn more about The Bowery Mission, please visit www.bowery.org.
